6. Popping is the fastest and easiest answer to acne -Squeezing or popping acne may make it less noticeable but it fails to target the main root of acne. When you squeeze, you may push the bacteria and dead skin cells further deep into the skin which worsens the situation. Squeezing may also result in scars that may be permanent.
7. Daily use of acne medication prevents breakouts -Take note that the best acne medication in the market - benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, are both drying agents. Because of the nature of action, they may result in unexplained blemishes and redness.
