Avoid Pimples by Eliminating One Thing!

We have been led to believe by marketers and peddlers of products that our bodies are dumb. You need to be eating cereals with additives and fiber because our body is deficient in these things. You need to take supplements for acne, vitamins for acne and antibiotics for acne because otherwise your body will be unable to avoid pimples. They tell us you need to use face washes and creams and other chemicals to keep your skin clear because somehow your skin does not how to keep itself clear. I mean come on! Our nervous system increases our heart rate and takes in increased amount of oxygen when it senses you need to run or do some other physical activity. Our bodies are prefect and in sync machines that know what needs to be done; pure and simple. So why do I have bad skin and acne you may be wondering. If the body is perfectly capable of fixing itself and is so smart then why do I have acne?

You have acne because your body is signaling a problem which needs attention. It is a warning that something wrong is going on inside your body and it needs help. Just like thirst is a symptom of dehydration, acne is a symptom of something that needs to be addressed. You don't treat thirst by eating medication! You treat thirst by drinking water. So why take supplements for acne? Why take vitamins for acne? Why take antibiotics for acne?

Acne is caused by oily skin which is caused by your hormones being out of sync. This is happening because you are putting junk food in your body. You need to stop that. Our bodies are perfect machines but they need good fuel. You fueling up on hamburgers, fries and sugared drinks is not the way to go. To fix acne and avoid pimples requires a lifestyle change. The media bombards us with ads about face washes and creams that are supposed to make our skin soft and get rid of oily skin. Well the fact of the matter is that oily skin can only be treated by addressing the cause of oily skin. Our bodies are creating excess oil as a warning that the food we are eating is causing a disruption in the oil production cycle.

There are many foods that we eat on a regular basis that are complete garbage. Cereal is a great example of a food which does more harm than good. If you don't believe me, take out your favorite cereal and look at the ingredients listed on the box. You will see a bunch of chemicals which are man-made. Take high fructose corn syrup for example. HFCS is a sweetener used instead of sugar since it is cheaper to produce. This sweetener overloads our liver and results in the creation of excessive insulin in the bloodstream. This causes our hormones to be out of sync which results in excessive oil generation. Believe me, if you only got rid of HFCS in your diet, you would see massive improvement in your acne. Try it; you have so little to lose and so much to gain!

I suffered for a decade with acne until I was able to cure myself by researching and experimenting. I realized the tremendous impact our diet has on acne and how we can get rid of acne by finding out the foods which cause acne and eliminating them from our diet.
